Privacy Policy
proxprox.me is the personal notification website of Ze Li, an individual. Its only purpose is to let Ze Li's own servers and scheduled scripts send automated SMS notifications, called the ProxProx Alerts program, to Ze Li's own mobile phone. Messages are not sent to customers, subscribers, the public, or anyone else. This policy explains what information the program handles and how it is protected.
SMS privacy at a glance
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
1. Information we collect
- Mobile phone number. The only number stored is the operator's own mobile number, used as the destination for notifications.
- Consent record. The date, time, and method of the operator's opt-in, kept as proof of consent.
- Message and delivery data. The content of notifications sent and their delivery status, kept for troubleshooting.
This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, or analytics, and it does not collect personal information from visitors.
2. How we use information
The information above is used only to deliver notifications to the operator's phone, confirm that they were delivered, honor STOP requests, and keep a record of consent. It is never used for advertising, and no marketing or promotional messages are sent.
3. The ProxProx Alerts SMS program
- Program description. Automated, transactional SMS notifications from the operator's own systems to the operator's own phone: server and job status alerts, monitoring notifications, and reminders he schedules for himself. No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent, and no messages are sent on behalf of any other person or business.
- How to opt in. The operator opts in by texting START from his own mobile phone to the ProxProx number shown at https://www.proxprox.me/sms-optin. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on system activity and the reminders configured.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. One final confirmation message is sent, after which no further messages are sent unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@proxprox.me.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Mobile information is never shared
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or give mobile phone numbers, consent records, or message content to anyone.
5. Data security and retention
Information is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. The phone number and consent record are kept for as long as the program is in use and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent. Message logs are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting and are then deleted.
6. Children
The program is not directed to anyone under 18, and no information is collected from children.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
