These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website proxprox.me and to the ProxProx Alerts SMS program (together, the "Service"), both operated by Ze Li, an individual. The Service delivers automated notifications from Ze Li's own servers and scripts to Ze Li's own mobile phone. By using the Service or opting in to its text messages, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of the Service
The Service is personal and is not offered to the public. The only mobile number enrolled is the operator's own. No messages are sent to customers or subscribers, and no messages are sent on behalf of any other person or business. Nothing on this website is a solicitation or an offer of any product or service.
2. SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name: ProxProx Alerts
Program description: Automated, transactional SMS notifications sent from the operator's own systems to the operator's own phone: server and job status alerts, monitoring notifications, and reminders he schedules for himself. No marketing or promotional messages are sent, and no third-party content is sent.
How to opt in: Text START to (626) 740-3612 from the phone that should receive notifications. The call to action and full disclosures are shown at https://www.proxprox.me/sms-optin. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using any other part of the Service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on system activity and the reminders configured.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. One final confirmation message is sent, after which no further messages are sent. You can re-subscribe at any time by texting START again.

Privacy: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Delivery of any message, or delivery on time, is not guaranteed, and the Service must not be relied on for emergency or safety-critical notifications.
4. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event will the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to the Service.
5. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
